How does the quick-release buckle work?
Our safety-first buckle combines security with convenience. Simply press the sides of the buckle firmly and pull apart to release.
The mechanism is designed to be secure enough that it won't accidentally open during normal activity, but easy enough to operate in emergency situations. The buckle's flat metal design also distributes pressure evenly for your dog's comfort.
How do I know which size is right for my dog?
For the most comfortable fit, measure your dog's neck circumference at the middle point where the collar would naturally rest. Add 2cm for comfort, then select the appropriate size:
- Small (20-30cm)
- Medium (30-40cm)
- Large (40-50cm)
What are your processing and shipping times?
All packages are processed in 1-3 working days and will be shipped by Australia Post. Standard shipping is 2-8 business days.
International orders could take from 10 - 28 business days, dependent on each country and customs.
You will receive a tracking number with all orders.
